A jet ferrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an emergency landing in the UK on Wednesday due to a fissure was identified in the aircraft's cockpit window, per an announcement which verified that all passengers were secure.
"The aircraft landed in accordance with established safety measures and all passengers, among them Pete Hegseth, is secure," an official representative stated in a public statement.
The secretary was coming back from a quick journey to the Belgian capital during the flight.
