Formal charges have been brought against two men in connection with a suitcase robbery where a believed to be pepper spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two counts of robbery and two counts of administering a noxious substance, as confirmed by court officials.
This legal action stems from an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two women were robbed of their suitcases stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.
